1. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 1 day of placing the order / initiating the subscription. Requests after this window may not be entertained.
For BrainSprint Kids subscriptions: once access has been granted and the subscription cycle has started, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
Arts Intellects does not accept cancellations for:
- Completed in-person or online therapy/counselling sessions
- Digital subscriptions (BrainSprint Kids) after access has been used
- Perishable or event-based programmes once they have commenced
However, if the quality of a digital product is demonstrably defective or inaccessible due to a platform error, a refund or replacement may be considered.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a physical product in a damaged or defective condition, or if a digital product is inaccessible due to our error, please contact our customer service team within 1 day of receipt. The request will be assessed and an appropriate resolution offered.
4. Product Not as Described
If you feel a product or service is not as described on our Platform, please notify us within 1 day of purchase or access. Our team will review and take an appropriate decision.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
