1. About the Platform
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. The platform artsintellects.com is owned by Arts Intellects Holistic Development Center, registered at Victoria B 106, Casa Rio, Palava, Nilje, Dombivli East, Thane 421201 ("Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").
Your use of the Platform and its services — including BrainSprint Kids subscription — is governed by these Terms of Use. By using the Platform, you enter into a binding contract with the Platform Owner.
2. User Obligations
- You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and remain responsible for all activity on your account.
- We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of information on the Platform for any specific purpose.
- Your use of the Platform and services is entirely at your own risk. You must independently assess whether services meet your requirements.
- Platform content — design, layout, graphics, curriculum materials — is proprietary and licensed to us. You have no right to claim intellectual property in it.
- Unauthorised use of the Platform may lead to action under these Terms and/or applicable law.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with the services you avail.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal or prohibited purpose under Indian or local law.
- Third-party links on our Platform are for convenience only; their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those sites.
- Initiating a transaction constitutes a legally binding agreement with the Platform Owner for those services.
- You shall indemnify us against any claims, demands or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms.
3. BrainSprint Kids Subscription
BrainSprint Kids is a web-based educational subscription product accessible via browser on any device. Subscription is monthly at ₹499/month (or as displayed at time of purchase). Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. To cancel, contact us at least 3 days before your renewal date via email or WhatsApp.
4. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
5. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any disputes relating to them shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
