1. Return Window
We offer a return or exchange within 1 day of the date of purchase. After this period, no return, exchange or refund will be offered.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must have its original packaging intact
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange
- We replace items only if found defective or damaged
3. Digital Products — BrainSprint Kids
BrainSprint Kids is a digital subscription service. Once login credentials or access is granted, the subscription is considered consumed and is not eligible for return.
If access was not provided within 24 hours of successful payment due to a platform error, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it — either by granting access or issuing a full refund.
4. Exempted Categories
Certain categories of products or services are exempt from returns. These will be identified to you at the point of purchase.
5. Return Process
For accepted returns, once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your return or exchange will be processed per our policies.
